Fred Archambault is a Producer, Mixer, Songwriter, Musician and Engineer from Los Angeles, CA. He is best known for his work with Avenged Sevenfold lending his hand to production on their albums City Of Evil and Waking The Fallen. He has also worked with the likes of Atreyu, Deftones, Panic! At The Disco, and more. He produces most of his projects at his home studio in Los Angeles known as Studio 5A.

Most recently, Fred has completed production and mixing the music for the NBC TV Broadcast Last Call with Carson Daly. During his seven years at Last Call with Carson Daly he worked on hundreds of artists from Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, M-83, Weezer and many more. In that span of time it is estimated that he has mixed over 1,500 songs for network broadcast. At the 2015 Pensado Awards, Fred won two awards: Excellence In Live or Front Of House Sound and Outstanding Achievement in Sound for Visual Medium for Last Call with Carson Daly.

Throughout his career he has worked alongside legendary record producers such as Mike Clink (Guns N’ Roses), Steve Thompson (Metallica), Rich Costey (Mew) and John Feldmann (5SOS).

Fred is an active member of the National Recording Academy (NARAS) and serves on regional and national committees for the Grammy Awards. He is currently in the studio developing new artists for both independent and major label release.
